Challenge

Holiday Inn created a new groundbreaking concept called Open Lobby. The Open Lobby Concept brings together 3 key elements of Design, Food & Beverage and Service to customers who may want to use the space and drop in. They wanted a video that played in each lobby to present the value of the service and as a sales tool to other Holiday Inns to adopt the service.

Insight

Hero the staff, the customers and the space itself, showing the combined features in their best extent and how the customers benefit from them.

solution

A slice of life video featuring a series of vignettes panning across different areas of the lobby. Interject a few vox-pop interviews with staff members to hear how they’ve adapted and are enjoying the new way of using their lobby space.
